South Africa–wide delivery. Tracked. Collector-safe packaging.

Handling Time: Orders are packed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day. Pre-orders ship on or after the official release date.

Total delivery time: 3–6 business days including handling and transit.

Shipping Information: All orders are fulfilled via tracked delivery across South Africa. We do not offer in-person collection or walk-in purchases.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1499. This applies automatically at checkout. Oversized or special-handling items will display shipping fees at checkout.

Packaging & Tracking

  • Collector-safe packaging including protective sleeves and reinforced cartons.
  • Tracking details are sent once the order is dispatched.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Pre-order items are clearly marked and are not immediately available for dispatch. They ship on or after the official release date.

Mixed carts ship together by default. Separate shipments can be arranged at additional cost.

Remote Areas

Remote areas may require additional transit time. Any applicable surcharges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Inspect parcels on delivery and note any damage with the courier.
  • Report issues within 48 hours to support@fantasygc.co.za with photos.
  • Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or store credit.
