• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Payments are processed securely via trusted providers.
• Orders are only accepted once processed and dispatched.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008).

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on collectible items. Returns are only accepted where required by law.

• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Sealed or opened collectibles are not returnable unless defective.
• Minor packaging wear is not considered a defect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if agreed.

Pre-orders are charged at checkout. If an item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, customers will be offered a refund or store credit.
